Sirius—the Alpha star of the Canis Major constellation—is the brightest star in the sky and astrologically revered as our Spiritual Sun.

To the Ancient Egyptians, Sirius was known as the goddess Sopdet, and its heliacal rising marked the sacred New Year. Temples and monuments were aligned to honor this celestial body, seen as a gateway to the ancestors and star beings who guided their wisdom traditions.

Each year during the Lion’s Gate Portal, the Sun, Earth, Orion’s Belt, and Sirius align, creating a direct energetic channel from Sirius to Earth—infused with the sun’s radiant life force. This potent alignment invites deep purification, expanded consciousness, and soul-level manifestation.

The Lion’s Gate portal stretches over several weeks, with 8/8 as its apex—a time of heightened cosmic energy, spiritual rebirth, and celebration.

In this ceremonial space, we’ll gather to activate our inner temple through breathwork, movement, energetic transmission, and intention-setting—allowing the frequencies of Sirius to move through us and anchor into the Earth through our bodies.
