Here’s how you can amplify and speed up your integration and embodiment of your Heavenly Empress…

Know that everyone’s experience is going to be different, and whatever you are experiencing is exactly what you need to experience.

Your level of awareness has been expanded, and with this your opportunity to observe, assess, and then keep or release.
If a thought, belief, or behaviour is serving you at your highest, and for the greatest good of you and all, then keep it. If it’s not, it’s time to send it love and appreciation for getting you this far - and then release it.

If it’s dimming your light, causing you to not speak your loving truth, or keeping you from being fulfilled - let it go.

Take this time to journal daily, even multiple times a day.

Express yourself like no one is ever going to read your words (because they aren’t). Be truthful. And allow yourself to be fully self-expressed. It’s cathartic, you’ll see.

During your integration, try asking yourself and your soul family different questions.

Our human mind is designed to look for an answer whenever a question is asked, so get creative with your questions and try asking different ones to enable you to get different answers.

Drink lots of water and be sure to get plenty of rest.

Avoiding alcohol and fatty, dense foods during integration will also help speed this process along.

This is a special time for you, Empress of Heaven.

You will walk away from this experience as a changed and evolved woman.
